Over the holidays, my family and I visited the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles and toured their facility. We had the opportunity to meet Dr. Michael Geffner and Dr. Lynda Fisher to discuss their Juvenile Diabetes research as well as future goals for the hospital.

Hospitals for kids are so intimidating and scary, but Children’s Hospital LA is so kid-friendly. It was a very rewarding experience and I’m looking forward to working with Children’s Hospital LA more in the New Year.
